1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to address your concerns.
2. Consultation Services
Initial consultations and assessments are typically non-refundable as they involve dedicated time and expertise from our engineers. However, consultation fees may be credited toward future project work.
3. Project Services
Design Services
- Refunds available if project is cancelled before design work commences
- Partial refunds considered for work completed if cancelled during design phase
- No refunds once final designs are delivered and approved
Installation & Implementation
- Refunds available if project is cancelled before equipment procurement
- Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered
- Custom equipment and materials are generally non-refundable
4. Training Services
Training service refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before scheduled training
- 50% refund if cancelled 2-7 days before training
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of training
- Rescheduling options available at no additional cost
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of service completion
- Provide detailed explanation of dissatisfaction
- Allow opportunity for issue resolution
- If resolution cannot be reached, refund will be processed within 14 business days
6. Warranty Claims
For issues covered under our service warranty, we will provide remedial work at no additional cost rather than monetary refunds.
